Who we are

FutLab — Laboratório de Atletas ("FutLab", "we") is a sports content company based in Brazil that produces individual highlight videos for athletes in Brazil and abroad. Contact: marcelo@futlabrs.com.

What we collect

When you request a quote, we collect only what you type into the form: full name, email address and, if you choose to share them, college or team, playing position, jersey number, game footage link and notes. We also record the date and time of the request, the page language and how you found us (for example, a campaign link).

We do not ask for payment information, passwords or account logins.

How we use it

To review your request and contact you by email with a quote and next steps.
To access the game footage you shared, only for producing your video.
To keep a record of requests and deliveries.

We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing without your permission.

Legal basis

We process your information based on your consent (given in the form) and on steps taken at your request before a possible service agreement, in line with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law 13.709/2018) and other privacy laws that may apply to you.

Athletes under 18

If the athlete is under 18, the request should be submitted or approved by a parent or legal guardian. If we learn that we received a minor's information without that approval, we will delete it.

Where your data is stored

Requests are stored in a private Google Workspace spreadsheet accessible only to the FutLab team. Data may therefore be processed in Brazil, the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.

Videos and footage

We use the footage you share only to produce your video. Links and athlete details sent through the form are never published. We will only use a finished video in our own portfolio or social media with your explicit permission.

How long we keep it

We keep request information for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting service, and for record-keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing marcelo@futlabrs.com.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. We only store a technical cookie with the language you pick in the language selector. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for consent where required.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
